In-Person Classes Include: 

A guided visualization meditation journey while receiving Reiki energy healing. Mental and physical healing support.1.5 Hr Class, Mats and blankets are provided, in a safe, relaxing studio space.

Online Classes Include: A guided visualization meditation journey while receiving Reiki Distance healing. Receiving Reiki energy healing from a distance is just as effective as in person. The difference is you will enjoy the journey and healing session from your own space, the comfort of your home with your own blanket, bed or yoga mat.
